Neil brings over 20 years of expertise in operations management for building services and facilities management.
He has successfully managed multimillion-pound service contracts for critical sites, including Data Centres and Telecommunication providers, as well as numerous retail and corporate buildings.
As an Operations Director, Neil uses his in-depth knowledge of building systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance, mastering tools like EAM, Mobile Workforce Management, and IoT, and excels in engaging with all organisational levels.
