Her extensive experience spans managing consultancy roles within the water industry and utility clients in the UK and the public sector in New Zealand.
Heather empowers organisations to achieve substantial business enhancements and effectively manage change.

Neil Dewing
Neil brings over 20 years of expertise in operations management for building services and facilities management.
He has successfully managed multimillion-pound service contracts for critical sites, including Data Centres and Telecommunication providers, as well as numerous retail and corporate buildings.
As an Operations Director, Neil uses his in-depth knowledge of building systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance, mastering tools like EAM, Mobile Workforce Management, and IoT, and excels in engaging with all organisational levels.
